Got up this morning, made myself a cafetiere of strong coffee and spotted this. We presume this happened while we were away but it took us three days to spot it. Lightning or rain – we don’t know what caused it.
Thinking more on this that our failure to trim the Catalpa caused the branch to snap. Very stupid of us/me.
